Buying items that smell strongly of smoke
Good evening, I received just today a bundle of cameras and lenses sold by a private seller from Germany. The contents seem to match the description, I should do further checks, however all the items smell really strongly of cigarette smoke. As a non-smoker, I find it impossible to be around those items.
Do you think it would be reasonable to open a dispute and send everything back?

Mentore3 years agoI don't think non-compliance can be invoked.
If you're still satisfied with the items you bought, you can try treating them by putting them in a sealed box with baking soda or by using an ozone generator (tested and working method).
