Good morning. I bought a pair of AirPods with the description saying that the case didn’t work but the earbuds did. After the purchase, the seller first told me that he only had the case, then to wait, then that the headphones had defects because they weren’t new, then that the damage was only cosmetic (scratches)… I asked him and he agreed to cancel the order. He cancelled it as if I had requested it, but the cancellation didn’t go through (I don’t know why). What should I do? Should I indicate that I did not receive the item?
