Item purchase without tracking not arrived

Good morning, I bought an item shipped with the "piega libro" method without tracking. The item was sent on 01/12/2025 and, as of today 30/12/2025, it still hasn't arrived. Yesterday I opened a dispute on eBay reporting that the package was not received. They told me the seller has 3 days to respond. What happens after that? I was also told that I still have 21 days from the date I opened the dispute to wait for the package to arrive, but that I have to close the dispute before the 21 days expire so as not to lose the right to a refund. I would like to know if this information is correct. Thanks to anyone who replies

Mentore9 months agoIf you want to be refunded and the seller doesn’t do it within the 3 days they have, don’t close the dispute.
