Purchase paid for and not shipped by the seller

Good morning everyone, I’m asking for help from you in the community about a purchase that still hasn’t been shipped to me. Let me explain better... On
March 16 I bought an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller from a seller who had 0 feedback (I know, my mistake, never trust sellers without feedback), but that said, I paid for the order and to this day, after several attempts to contact the seller, the item still hasn’t been shipped, let alone the seller responding to my messages. I tried to cancel the order but eBay رفضed the cancellation.. what can I do? I’m trying to contact eBay but every thread I open doesn’t seem to be the right one. How do I get a refund and get out of this impasse created by a likely scammer? Thanks in advance for the replies!

all sellers started with zero feedback... so I'd say trust is relative.
As a buyer, you can't cancel any order, so wait for the estimated delivery time and then open a report:
