Incomplete missing purchase received.
Hello I made a multiple purchase of 13 CDs with tracking the item arrived incomplete, with only one CD inside the package, I ask for completion by shipping the missing one. In fact, I would prefer the order to be completed.

have you tried asking the seller?
Remember that if you open a return request for an item not as described and it is accepted, you will have to return the item you received if the seller does not decide otherwise.
