purchase of counterfeit product
Good afternoon. I purchased (without the possibility of return) a branded perfume and discovered, by partly looking at the packaging and then opening it, that it is a counterfeit. What can I do?

Mentore3 years agoThe possibility of a return, if the item is not as described as in your case, is always possible regardless of the seller's willingness. If you paid through eBay, ask them to intervene to return the item and get a refund.
