projector purchase
Good morning everyone, I have a problem. I bought a projector for € 320 with local pickup, and with the seller we agreed on a meeting on a public street. I picked up the projector and paid € 320 in cash; at home I tried the projector, which projected dark and flickering images, and at one point it turned off and would not turn back on; I contacted the seller for two consecutive days, without receiving any response regarding the return and refund; it should be said that after paying I received an email from eBay, stating that the seller had canceled the order at my request (which I never made), with the result that on eBay there is in no way any record of my purchase or my payment, so eBay does not allow me to activate the return request, precisely because for them the item does not exist; can someone tell me what I can do through eBay to get the return and refund, or, as I suspect, was I taken for a ride? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoThis teaches that even in the case of in-person pickup, you must pay only through eBay (in advance) with PayPal or credit card and that, at the time of the exchange, the seller must scan the QR code that arrived on the buyer's account (only this tells eBay that the goods have been delivered).
