Purchase of paid folding shelf brackets not received
On November 18 I bought two folding shelf brackets for about 28 euros. It is now November 28 and the seller has not only not shipped the goods, but also does not reply to my follow-ups. I have filed a complaint and still know nothing. They tell me they will refund me, but when? Small consolation, anyway, because I need the goods right away! It’s disgraceful! I will never use EBay again!!!!

Mentore10 months agoIt doesn't matter when they were purchased, but when they were supposed to arrive.
After the delivery deadline has passed, you can request a refund if the goods haven't arrived.
If the refund is granted, they'll send you an email and the credit starts within two business days (then it depends on how long your card or bank account takes to process it).
