On November 18 I bought two folding shelf brackets for about 28 euros. It is now November 28 and the seller has not only not shipped the goods, but also does not reply to my follow-ups. I have filed a complaint and still know nothing. They tell me they will refund me, but when? Small consolation, anyway, because I need the goods right away! It’s disgraceful! I will never use EBay again!!!!
