Hello,
I made a purchase without signing in to my account.
The product that I bought and paid for will not arrive because the seller told me it was defective, so he asked me whether I wanted to buy something else, but I said I wanted a refund.
Ebay tells me that I can ask for their help with the refund, but I can't get in touch with support because there is no form or procedure.
I can't find the order among my purchases on my account because, as I said, I placed the order without logging in.
How can I contact Ebay support?
