Purchase of smartphone with defect
Hello everyone, I bought a smartphone knowing it was intended for the US market, but it had not been made clear to me that it would only receive updates if connected to the AT&t network, so it’s a smartphone stuck on Android 10 and with many bugs, including constantly trying to make me turn on Wi‑Fi.
Ebay washed its hands of it
I hope someone can give me some information

Mentore3 years agoObviously, if you bought it knowing it wasn’t intended for our market and that, on top of that, it was branded........ now you really can’t complain.
Besides, you were even satisfied with it: The product is aesthetically perfect! Being a product from outside Europe, it does not receive software updates. Friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. Product OK!
