FABRIC PURCHASE
Good morning everyone,
after seeing an ad I contacted the seller and bought two pieces of fabric. I paid by bank transfer. The goods arrived but they are not what I expected (the type of fabric is not described). I contacted the seller, who reiterated that he does not accept returns. I tried to report the issue, but unfortunately the deal was made privately and the purchase is not recorded on the platform (however, in the messages section there are all the conversations, the negotiation, the payment and my report with the return request)
Has this ever happened to anyone? How can I assert my right of withdrawal?
I would like to resolve this civilly

Mentore2 years agoOn ebay it is absolutely forbidden to pay and receive payments by bank transfer.
You bought outside of ebay, helping the seller evade ebay fees. So you will not get any help from the platform.
It was a private transaction between you and the seller, so you'll have to deal with him only.
