OP9 months agoThe seller, in the document provided, did not include my company’s VAT number or the serial number of the motor I purchased. After several reminders, he sent me a JPEG document via eBay, in which he added the VAT number, but I still have not received the motor’s serial number.
Also, only after the purchase did the note “tracking not available” appear. Initially, eBay indicated that I would receive the motor between the 22nd and the 27th of the month, but the seller told me that delivery will take place on the 28th. Let’s hope for the best.
I don’t remember seeing before the purchase that the seller did not accept returns, even though his feedback is 100%. After asking for clarification, he replied to me through a translator with a rather unclear translation, stating that he does not accept returns for change of mind. However, I believe I have all the necessary protections, since I paid with PayPal.

Mentore9 months agoBoth on ebay and on paypal, returns for buyer's remorse are not предусмотрены if the seller doesn't accept them.
Only a private seller can refuse to accept returns for buyer's remorse.
The guarantee and the option to still return the item only apply in the event of non-conformity, that is, if what arrives does not match the listing.
