Apple phone purchase
I bought a phone. The seller replied after 2 days saying that he didn’t know whether to sell it because he wanted cash and not through eBay! Then he writes to me that he didn’t want to sell it anymore because he had sold it to someone who paid him right away. So be very careful with these people because they want to scam people. now the problem is that I have to wait until 10/05 because I can’t cancel the order myself, I have to wait for the seller to cancel it and this is wrong because when you know the seller doesn’t want to sell and it’s even written in the eBay messaging, eBay should intervene immediately and block these people who are trying to scam and eBay loses out because people won’t buy from them anymore but will buy from other safe sites, let’s be clear, EBAY is safe but I have to wait until 10/05 to get my money back

Mentore2 years agoIn fact, you do have to wait, but you'll get them back. On other sites, that's not guaranteed.
The seller should have been the one to cancel the transaction, and then you would have been immediately refunded.
