Buying a BCD that doesn't ship
I bought a BCD from a guy who offered local pickup in his area, I asked him to take it to a Poste pickup point without having to write anything. I was arranging the shipping at my own expense and on my own dime. But he says he doesn't have time. What does he mean he doesn't have time if he only has to make a delivery and not ship it? Also, he won't send me a phone number or any details so I can arrange the shipping. I'm annoyed because I have to leave and I need the item, and he replies to my messages after two days. Terrible on the eBay platform, he wants to stay anonymous so people won't bother him, or I have other conclusions that I don't want to write.
