Unknown user purchase
Good evening, I bought an item as an anonymous user. By mistake I entered the wrong email. I contacted the seller and showed the purchase with the payment, but of course they washed their hands of all responsibility because since it was purchased as an anonymous user they say they can't see who they're shipping to. How can I get assistance!? Is there a number, an email I can contact?
