Purchase not arrived
Good morning.
On 09 /08/23 I bought some printer cartridges from a seller in Germany. The package was shipped on August 10 with a delivery date of August 16.
To date I haven't received anything, I opened a dispute and they replied that the dispute is suspended until September 4 to gather information. In the meantime my cartridges have been out there for 16 days with the courier at a temperature of 35 degrees, how do you think they will arrive?? all dry and to be thrown away!!
Can you advise me what to do!!

Mentore2 years agoBuy them in Italy... or directly at the shopping center... with the air conditioning, maybe they won't dry out!
Or wait, arming yourself with patience!
