I buy from sellers in Germany
Can someone give me some info? I have difficulty buying items from abroad, especially from Germany, where shipping costs are not indicated. In the listings it says to "ask the seller" who does not respond to the request. So, in fear of taking part in the auction without knowing the total of my expenses, and also with the doubt of not receiving the item, I do not place any bids.
I don't want to consider such listings as "fraudulent" perhaps I'm too careful about all this, but it seems to me that something isn't working properly.
I believe that Ebay in these cases does not carry out the necessary checks, in my opinion it must protect buyers.
I ask you for your opinion on the matter and whether you have already reported this to Ebay

Mentore3 years agoA German seller has no obligation to ship all over Europe, Italy included... just as any Italian seller is free to choose whether to ship only within Italy or also abroad.
It’s simply a personal decision, eBay can’t force anyone... so... in light of this... maybe it’s better to take part in auctions where the shipping costs are clearly stated even for Italy, to avoid taking part and then finding the sale canceled because the seller doesn’t want to ship to Italy.
