First of all, I received my phone just two days ago, I was satisfied, everything was ok, all good..first charge left carefully on the desk without handling it. and here we are today (two days later): a few hours ago, I saw the phone at 15%, I calmly went to put it on charge, always carefully. two hours later I see that it had gone down to 14%.. and that it hadn’t charged. I had a shock. I tried charging it in other ways and it worked. I found out that the adapter is maybe defective? I asked the seller if they could send me another one, but how can I do?? how can I do if he doesn't accept? or doesn't जवाब me??
