Unjust charge for an item never ordered
Good morning, a few days ago I received an email from eBay warning me that my order had been shipped. In fact, I had never seen or bought the item (an iPhone card from a Chinese or Japanese site). Even worse, I saw the money taken from my prepaid card.
After contacting the seller, he told me that for items like this there are no returns and to contact eBay regarding any possible violation of my account.
That said, on the official "My eBay" page, there is no trace of this item in the purchase history!!!
Be that as it may, they still deducted money from me (strangely enough, 52 euros compared to the 52.50 shown on the listing) without being able to do anything.
What can I do?

if you are certain that no one from your family circle used your account without telling you, I would proceed with disputing the transaction with the help of your bank and securing your account:
