Double shipping charges charged in sales commissions

Hello everyone,
my name is Massimo and I’ve been part of the ebay community since 2002. Something a bit strange happened to me and I can’t understand what may have happened. I sold an item on July 20, and today I processed the shipment through the ebay procedure (along with another item sold today) to generate the shipping label through the packlink platform, and I paid regularly with Paypal.
However, I find an additional charge for the same shipment in the selling fees and I can’t understand where it came from, since those are paid on the partner site. The other item processed has the correct fees.
Has this happened to any of you? How did you resolve it? Is there a chance to recover the amount?

Mentore3 weeks agoIf a label is not used, it is possible to request a refund. Check with Packlink what happened.
