Unjustified charge
I was charged for a payment received because the item was not delivered by the postal service. How is that my fault?
the shipment is shown as "being processed"; this proves that the item was sent.
How do Ebay and Paypal guarantees work for postal losses?

Mentore1 year agoThe seller is responsible for the shipping until delivery; if they open a case for item not received, the responsibility is yours, so you have to take care of the problem yourself. If you do nothing, eBay refunds on your behalf.
That’s how it works.
Kind regards.

OP1 year agoI absolutely disagree, the Ebay and Paypal guarantees should cover a missed delivery by the postal service.
I certainly can't be the one to sue the postal service. On the other hand, the shipment shows as having been made

Mentore1 year agoThe one they call insurance and you have to arrange it with the post office.
As Sika already told you, you’re responsible until delivery.
If delivery hasn’t happened, you’re the one liable.
