Unauthorized charge
Hello, I bought a watch from a seller, and I found the charge for the amount due plus another one for 61.95 euros from a company called Adyen NV that was not authorized. When I called my bank's call center, they told me that this charge happened because of an authorization I supposedly made with this company, which I don't even know and did not authorize. I would like some clarification on this, hoping to get back the amount charged to my account. Thank you

if you bought on eBay, you did not pay the seller directly but eBay or one of its subsidiaries, namely Adyen.
If you received an additional charge, it may be because you bought from a seller outside the EU, maybe using GSP shipping.
