Direct debit from my current account every month only for each ad placed
Good morning,
I just received an email saying that I will be charged €1.29 related to a listing that was added (but not yet sold).
Apparently every month 43 cents are charged (January, February, March) just for the fact that the listing was put up for sale; I thought and had read that the listing fee was a one-time charge and would not be billed on an ongoing basis.
I haven’t added any paid features to the listing (e.g. subtitles, ...).
To be clear, I’m registered as a professional with VAT number but without a store, so I don’t pay €24.95 every month.
Am I misunderstanding something or is that really how it works?

Insertion fee (per listing) for non-members of a Store
Buy It Now listings EUR 0.35 + VAT = 0.427 = 0.43 (in the EU there are no thousandths).

OP3 years agoHi Mario, thanks for the reply, I also read the link you forwarded: that cost however refers to the fixed sales commission of €0.35+VAT.
I however haven't sold anything yet regarding the listing I put up for sale, how come I'm paying €0.43 every month? I haven't found anything about this fee.

Mentore3 years agoIt’s not a sales commission but a listing fee; if you read the entire link I attached, you’ll find it in the listing fees section: Listing fees are charged every month for listings with no expiration date and every time you relist an item, if you have used up your monthly quota of free listings.
So, since you’re a professional without a shop, you don’t have any free listings but all of them are paid, and the Buy It Now ones cost you 0.43 euros per month regardless of whether you sell it or not.
