Update personal data and bank account
Good morning, I recently started making sales on eBay. I wanted to start redeeming payments, however it asks me to update my personal details and bank account. For a couple of days now I’ve been updating everything I need to update, I get the notification by email that the details have been updated correctly, however if I try to redeem the payment it keeps asking me to update the bank account and personal details. The strangest thing is that if I go into the account settings the details are actually updated correctly, and yet it won’t let me redeem the money from the eBay account and keeps them on hold. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance for your attention

Mentore2 years agoHave you verified the bank account with one of the procedures indicated by ebay?
