Adding virtual gift Mastercards to eBay

Hi, does anyone know if it would be possible to add cards from prepaiddigitalsolutions.com on eBay for payments? When I try in the payments section in the app, it tells me to verify the billing address, but I have set the same one for both. Is there another way by any chance?

Try putting them on a paypal account.

I tried, but the card verification keeps looping, asking me to enter the CVV forever.
