hi, I have a problem with returning a package, I was given no label to either buy or receive from the seller, I think my return request was accepted because it said I had started the return process and even the status "shipped back" but I haven't shipped anything at all because I don't have any labels, they say a confirmation email comes from the seller but I haven't received anything except a Poste ID code with which they can't ship, in fact I went to Poste Italiane with this code and they told me that without a label or QR code I can't ship

Mentore9 months agoIf the parcel shows as shipped with a postal ID issued, it means the seller has sent you a return label. Check your email and check your eBay messages. If you can't find it, contact the seller.

If the parcel is big enough, it will probably be handled by SDA. Even though they belong to the same company, the post office often pretends not to recognize the difference between the codes.
