Good evening, I need help. I was buying a book, I got to the payment and it told me payment failed due to insufficient credit, but the money was there on the card and when I checked, the money had been withdrawn. What should I do?

Otherwise it should just be a pre-authorization that didn’t go through and, within a few days, the money should become available again.

Mentore3 years agoYou were already told... wait a few days or load the card and make the purchase again...
For small amounts, it's always better to have on the card twice the price you want to pay... to avoid the preauthorization making the card "empty"...
