I bought a DVD that was supposed to be sealed new, and it arrived sealed but with the case replaced and without the SIAE hologram. The seller told me that during storage the case broke and they replaced it, but I don't believe it, also because they shrink-wrapped it for me. To me it's a fake and I demand a refund of the amount, what should I do? Thanks
