Good morning everyone, I find myself in a surreal situation, I bought a blower of a certain type, power and brand, I paid, but a completely different blower arrived, I immediately opened a dispute and returned the item right away, but incredibly I was given a 50% refund. I keep asking eBay to call me as it has always done without any problem, now I don’t understand why eBay can no longer call me saying it can’t reach me, but I don’t have voicemail or any blocks as eBay says, I also had the phone checked at Apple and nothing shows up, everything is fine, if you can give me a hand to contact eBay. Thank you very much

if you have followed the return request you opened carefully, it is impossible to have received a partial refund... unless you bought abroad and any VAT and/or import fees were not refunded to you.
Or you made some mistake in the process...
