Hi everyone, I bought a product here on eBay, on my bank app I saw that they took the money, but on eBay it doesn’t show that I made any purchases. So the money was taken, but the product will never arrive.
Why is that?

If you purchased as a guest, it’s obvious you won’t have a record of the order, you need to check your emails and read here:
