Good evening, after trying everything I could think of, I'm turning to you in the hope that someone can suggest whether there's a way to resolve this situation. I sold an item on eBay on November 27, 2024, followed the shipping procedure and received a Packlink shipping label. On November 28 I sent the package from a Poste pickup point here in Rome (with added insurance on the value); so far so good. Destination Florence: the package stops at a Poste depot in Sesto Fiorentino, and stays there, last update on December 20. To make a long story short, in contact with the buyer we try to understand how to get things moving but Poste and Packlink keep passing the buck. The buyer asks eBay for a refund on January 3 and gets reimbursed. I end up without the item and with eBay wanting the 150 euros from the sale back. I contacted everyone again (eBay support, Poste Italiane and Packlink) but obviously the 30-day window to file a complaint with Packlink has passed, do you think there are any concrete solutions so I don't get screwed over like this? Thanks Tiziano

Mentore1 year agoUnfortunately, Packlink clearly states that the refund request for loss must be submitted within 30 days from the time the parcel is taken in charge.
