How do I report to eBay that the package I shipped to the buyer arrived damaged or at least in different conditions from how I shipped it, so I can protect myself?

How do I report to eBay that the package I shipped to the buyer arrived damaged or at least in different conditions from how I shipped it, so I can protect myself?

Mentore1 year agoYou can't make any report... if the package turns out to be damaged and the buyer opens a return request for an item not as described, you're solely responsible if you didn't pay the optional insurance to the courier and so, in any case, you'll have to refund.
