Good morning, I bought a product at an auction, shortly after payment the seller closed their profile, could someone advise me what to do?

Shortly after, it can’t have been the seller who closed the account.

Anyway, do you still see the order in your order summary?

If you do, as soon as the delivery deadline passes, ask eBay for help.
If you don’t, ask eBay for help right away, using the link (ask us to call you) at the bottom of the attached page.
