Hello,
A buyer received his Magic card, he confirmed to me that he received it, he wrote to me on WhatsApp because he took my phone number from the sender label on the package, he told me he would give it to other people, he kept it, then he gave it to others and after that (one or two days later), he is complaining and sending messages even during the night, even after midnight. I think he swapped the card or I don't know what to keep it and get the money back, so I lose everything. He is making up a lot of excuses and using blogs as an official source, while I provided a description from an official Wizards of the Coast source.
eBay support is really slow, but one operator wrote to me that I should be protected.
it's just that the guy started the return process and I don't know what to do. I wrote, but support isn't responding.

I can’t accept that the guy keeps my valuable card and also the money. If I sold it, it’s because I really need the money, not because I’m crazy. And besides, I would never sell something fake

if the buyer has opened a return request for an item not as described, you need to arrange the return at your own expense and when you receive the item you will decide what to do.
Don't stall because you risk losing both money and the item.

what can I do? Just agree to give the money back and have him return a fake card to me, while he keeps my original, certified Black Lotus?
