Good morning, I’m new to Ebay, this is my first purchase and I kindly ask for some help. The situation is this:I bought an item from a foreign seller. Unfortunately, I realized that my address was initially incomplete (surname cut off and house number missing), I corrected everything but by then the package had already been shipped. (The rest, street, city, mobile number, all correct). I informed the sender and he checked through the Mondial Relay website.When checking the tracking on 17track, it showed it passing through Italy first via InPost (which I contacted to report it, and an operator said the address-label cannot be changed and it would even end up in another region, but the seller called Mondial and was told they were shipping to the correct address). Following the tracking, it then shows the Hermes DE site, and now the Hermes IT site, and after days of being stuck the tracking says "exception: cannot be delivered due to wrong-insufficient address". I kept informing the seller, but he did not reply. On the Mondial Relay site, the shipment shows everything as OK. Now, after checking reviews online I read that this last-mile courier has terrible reviews, and from what I’ve seen, confirmed here in the community too, there are several instances of deliveries that in reality were never made and tracking being impossible. I’m rather worried about losing the package. At this point I hope it gets sent back to the sender and I can pay the shipping costs again, but this time with the full address and a reliable courier.What can I do?
