Shipping label help

Hi everyone! 🙂

I need to return an item, but the only label that shows up for me to do it is the PosteItaliane one, except the package turns out to be too big and I can’t buy it. What could I do? It won’t let me select other couriers 😕

The ebay returns service is managed by Parcel2go in collaboration with Poste Italiane, so they only offer that service.

This does not mean that only that one can be used; if the return is at your expense, you can choose the courier you prefer and then enter the shipping code in the ebay return process.
