I wouldn’t know how I can create variants, I tried to do it with the seller console but I wasn’t able to.

Anyway, before proposing listings with variants, you should regularize your account. With this one, you can’t publish your VAT number, as would be mandatory on all your listings. With a business account, you’d be required to accept returns and you’d have to take on the legal warranty for everything you sell.
