Help with a possible scam

Good evening,
I bought a PS5 from the seller PCDISTRIBUTIONSPA.
it was supposed to arrive by 24/02, they sent a tracking code around the 20th but IT'S FAKE.
I contact them in chat and they disappear, I contact them by phone and they disappear, I flood them with emails but nothing, they disappear there too.
EBay won't help me because, according to them, since I opened a claim with PayPal they can't do anything.
I can't even cancel and get a refund because these scammers say they shipped the goods to me when that isn't the case. I'm also sharing the tracking so you can see that it doesn't exist.
what should I do? I'd like to go to the Guardia di Finanza because I suspect some sort of Ponzi scheme, given the negative reviews (only after).

Mentore1 year agoBy opening the PayPal dispute, you completely excluded eBay.
Now you can only deal with PayPal, so contact their customer service and ask what you need to do to dispute the false tracking.
