Help with return

I recently bought a product from a seller who had posted photos of a certain type that seemed legitimate, only to find out today that the package arrived and the photos are nothing more than a way to mislead buyers, luring them in and having them get a product that doesn't match, is of very poor quality, and comes in practically destroyed packaging. Even though the seller wrote that he doesn't accept returns, I still started a return request, but he should be the one to accept it... Have I been scammed, or is there something I can do about it?

Mentore1 year agoIf you chose the correct reason (item different from the one described in the listing or shown in the photos), the seller will not be able to refuse the return and will have to send you a prepaid label so you can make the return.
