I didn’t receive an order… from the start it didn’t show an order or arrival date and it didn’t appear in purchase history…

but then after a few days it showed a delivery date

order not arrived

hi I contacted the seller who is washing his hands of it but he took the money says to check with ebay

but I can’t do anything because it’s not in my purchase history?

I already asked for my order or a seller refund but he stopped replying

Do you have any solutions?
