HELP - The product arrived does not match the one in the listing
Hello, as the title says, the product I received does not match what I bought. I bought a PS5 and instead the package contained a large quantity of wedding favors to simulate its weight. I immediately filed the 'Item not received' case and requested a refund.
However, I would like to understand whether the case I opened is the correct one, the timing for the refund, and above all how to contact an eBay operator. I also (fortunately) have a recording of me made by my brother during which I open the package, still freshly wrapped from delivery, and discover the scam.

with all due respect, what’s the point of opening a not received item claim when you know full well it arrived??
Obviously the procedure is wrong... you need to open a return request for an item not as described:

At the bottom of the link you’ll also find how to contact eBay... contact them and ask them how to change the reason for the claim you opened by mistake... and make sure not to close it until eBay has solved the problem for you!
