Good morning, I wanted some help. I had made a return for a product that wasn’t suitable for my use, but I had put as the reason that the item wasn’t as shown in the photo! Now the seller has had me cancel the return to do it again with the right reason, except I can no longer do it. How can I fix this?

Mentore2 years agoIf the item didn’t match the photos and you opened a dispute, I don’t see how the seller had it canceled without your consent.

when using return requests, you need to pay the utmost attention and use the correct reason, because you can only open one... and we're not on Amazon!
So, now that you've burned your one and only chance, you need to contact the payment method, Paypal or chargeback.
