Help, they refunded the buyer and I’m left without the item
Summary: totuzzo91 sold a valuable item and later had problems with the buyer, who requested a return. Despite various agreements and communications with DHL and eBay, the buyer was refunded 100%, leaving totuzzo91 without the item and without any refund. After numerous attempts to resolve the issue and communications with eBay, they still have not received an adequate response on how to proceed.
Hello, I'm writing for some information. A while ago I sold an item for a considerable amount of money. The item gets to the buyer and after a few weeks the buyer disputes the item with me. Very calmly I accept the return and we agree on a delayed shipment. I book the courier for August 13 when he gets back from vacation, but DHL does not issue the transport document. I have the booking invoice and emails confirming everything, meanwhile days go by… I send the documentation to Ebay to prove it happened… meanwhile the buyer tells me he has trouble being there on the 14th and I tell him not to worry, let's do this: you ship it and I'll refund you the shipping… or if you want I'll offer you a 50% refund and you keep the item… he accepts. I write to Ebay showing the conversations between me and the buyer, I talk by message and the buyer also says he spoke with them… basically in the end the buyer gets refunded 100% and I end up without the item and without money. Now after a thousand messages they send me to Ebay.uk, they tell me they would write to me after 72 hours… these 72 hours have passed and no one has gotten back to me. What can I do?
