Help 90-day deadline
good morning everyone, I have a problem with some items (my lack of experience on eBay is to blame), I sold some items on pre-order but more than 90 days have passed and so eBay won't let me ship or even refund the product, but when I contact the buyer, they also don't reply, how can I solve this problem? thanks

Mentore1 month agoFirst of all, you didn’t follow the marketplace rules on presales... then wait for the buyer to get in touch and find a method for the refund that works for both of you.
On eBay you can’t do anything else.
