HELP!!!
Hi!! I thought I had deleted my account, but instead three listings were still there.
Out of these three remaining listings, I made a sale, but for me it’s impossible to complete because the item no longer exists.
The buyer has already paid, but I don’t know where the money is because there’s no card or account associated with the account.
How do I cancel the order and make sure the money is returned to the buyer?

Mentore1 year agoYou need to issue the refund in advance and then link a checking account in order to receive the payment credit.
If you do nothing, ebay will refund the buyer using the payment money, but it won’t credit back the fees to you and you’ll remain in debt to ebay for a little over 8 euros.
