With Buy Now, I assume the system adds 12 euros of shipping.

I was in the process of buying a video card: 65 euros with free shipping. But, whether I go ahead with Buy It Now or add it to the Cart, 12 euros of shipping are added on. We got in touch with the seller and despite their willingness and the various attempts on their part, we weren’t able to get the situation back to normal. One last thing: eBay support doesn’t seem to me to be what it used to be, it doesn’t seem right to me, and it even seems like an intrusion on the person that, to speak with an operator, it has to be that operator who calls. That should be a choice, not the only option. It would have been more convenient and respectful toward the user to be able to write and explain the problem.

Mentore1 year agoI think it's more of a seller issue than an eBay one, maybe he applied some rules that led to the addition of the 12 euros.
Ask him to send you an invoice, so he can adjust the shipping costs according to your previous agreements.
