Power supply for camera

Hello: I just received from the company a power supply that is not suitable for my camera, so even though it has the same voltage and amperage values as my old power supply, the new one shows anomalies. I should point out that after connecting several cameras through the mains, after a little over an hour the power supply stops working, getting very hot. So I let it cool down and tried again; it turns on and after a few hours or more it turns off, leaving the power supply very hot. I believe that it is a defective power supply, not working 100%. I ask the seller to send me the address label so I can send it back at the seller's expense.

Hi Mario, sorry, I think I filled out the wrong form for my complaint about the faulty power supply. I also asked the seller and eBay about this problem of mine. I don't know what you might be able to do, but if it falls within your specific case, then see if you can help me, OK, bye
