good evening, I bought a small Yamaha bluetooth speaker from a seller in Albenga (Liguria); I should mention that I am 70 years old and not very familiar with online purchases, usually my wife does them. Seeing the good offer, I made the purchase and then realized that I had made a mistake, I hadn't noticed that pickup was exclusively local. The problem is that I am from Rome, I tried to cancel but it was rejected. Now I would like to try with pickup by courier, but I can't find out the pickup point, I wrote several messages to him, but so far no reply. I know I did something stupid but can someone tell me how I can solve it, if it can be solved.
