Cancellation
I won an auction, but then I mistakenly saw that the product didn't have its box. I asked for the cancellation, apologizing and explaining the reason. But I haven't received a response anymore. Am I obliged to buy it? Thanks for the help

Mentore2 years agoIf the seller doesn't accept your cancellation (they're not obligated to), then yes, you "should" honor your purchase.
You can also refuse to complete it, but you'll receive a warning for unpaid item... one may mean almost nothing, but the more you collect, the more complicated your presence on eBay will be, up to expulsion.
