Hello, I made a purchase around 11 in the morning, after ten minutes I asked to cancel it, having received no response after 9 hours I bought the same item from the same seller at a lower price, after 11 hours the seller replies that it was not possible to accept the cancellation because it had already been shipped, what can I do?

Only the seller could cancel an order, but they have no obligation to accept your requests.
